Andromeda Real Estate Advisors (“ShutterForge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the ShutterForge mobile application and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and your choices.

By using ShutterForge, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

Account information (such as email, username, display name, and profile details).

Optional profile/location fields (such as city, state/province, country, postal code).

Content you create or upload:

Photos you choose from your library or capture with camera (if permitted).

Card and world prompts, generated art metadata, and related gameplay content.

Guild messages, marketplace listings, offers, and other in-app communications.

Contact details used for referral/invite features (for example, recipient email if you send an invite).

B. Information Collected Automatically

Device and technical information (device type, OS version, app version, language, time zone, IP address, crash/diagnostic logs).

Usage information (feature interactions, gameplay events, economy events, and session-level activity).

Transaction and entitlement information related to in-app purchases (via Apple).

C. Permission-Based Data

Camera: to take photos for card/world creation.

Photo Library: to upload selected images.

Location: to enable expedition/map features and target completion checks.

You can revoke permissions anytime in iOS Settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

Operate and maintain ShutterForge features.

Create and deliver AI-generated cards/worlds.

Power gameplay systems (battle, expeditions, marketplace, guilds, progression, rewards).

Process referrals and invite flows.

Process and validate in-app purchase entitlements.

Detect abuse, fraud, cheating, and security issues.

Moderate content and enforce our Terms.

Improve app performance, quality, and user experience.

Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI and Content Processing

When you use AI generation features, prompts and related inputs (including selected images) may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate outputs. We process this data to provide the requested feature and service reliability/safety workflows.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

Service providers that help operate the app (for example backend hosting, authentication, analytics/diagnostics, AI generation, and payment processing support).

Apple for in-app purchases and platform operations.

Other users where required by feature design (for example guild chat, listings, offers, usernames/profile display in social/market contexts).

Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

Business transfers (for example merger/acquisition), subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on data type and legal requirements. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer necessary.

6. Your Choices and Rights

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. We take steps intended to protect data consistent with applicable law.

ShutterForge uses third-party services and platforms. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy terms/policies where applicable.
